Firstly, the staff (especially Sofia), were extremely friendly and helpful in every way. They talked us through the check in/out process and it was very smooth. The room was lovely, very clean and we had a lovely skylight which brought in lots of natural light. We both said it was one of the best sleeps we had in a long time. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we even tried looking at the brand to see if we could buy some of the pillows for our own house! The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the Metro station which can take you all over the city which was fantastic, but also the location allows you to walk and explore the beautiful city, with most places being within 10-30 minutes walking distance.

The hotel is perfectly located with metro stations (line 9 and 7) some few meters away. The personnel professional, helpful and friendly. My son and I arrived earlier than the planned check in: at the reception, in order to accommodate us, they gave us a room immediately by also upgrading it for fee to a superior one.

This is a small hotel but a bit of a gem. Location, great staff, very nice well-appointed rooms, interconnecting for family, price. All terrific. Our rooms were small but the cleanliness and the fixtures and fittings were excellent and the rooms on higher floors are bigger. The building has a lot of old character too and has been very carefully and faithfully restored. The staff were all excellent and incredibly helpful without exception.

The location was amazing. Walkable to a lot of Paris attractions and department stores (Lafayette and Printemps) Very close to Metro stations (to line M8 and M9) if you needed to go somewhere farther. The rooms were very nice, modern, and clean. Staff was very helpful in making reservations at restaurants and clear in communication. WiFi and hair dryer worked well.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and quiet, making it easy to relax. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great impression. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which added an extra touch to my experience. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. There’s also a lovely Lactem Café nearby that serves an amazing pumpkin latte — definitely worth a try!

There were so many amazing things about the hotel. First of all, everything was spotless and clean and new! It was beautifully decorated, with plugs next to both beds and reading lights as well. The location of hotel is superb, unbeatable. Close to metro and bus stations and walkable to most attractions in under 10 minutes. To top it off, the manager of the hotel - Paul Jotish Chandra was an absolute godsend. He was able to accommodate to our requests (several), and was incredibly patient and understanding.

Lovely hotel on quiet side street but close to many shops and walking distance from Opera. Rooms were modern, well appointed and with double fire doors helping to soundproof from corridor/stairs. The breakfast looked lovely but sadly our schedule didn't allow breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Well furnished and laid out extremely well to maximise the space. So actually no real complaints beyond the lift size. USB ports by bed both sides and full length mirror and a very powerful shower. And a decent Hairdryer not a bathroom hold-in type seen in a lot of hotels. Good array of teas coffees and chocolate almonds with complimentary toiletries in bathroom plus a decent TV should you wish to watch it.

This little gem of a hotel has a fantastic location just a few feet off of Blvd Haussmann, convenient to Metro & buses, restaurants, pastry shops and shopping, and just a few minutes walk to Paris Opera House and Galeries Lafayette. Rooms are quite small, but very attractively furnished and extremely clean. Front desk staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Great location, the hotel is really close to different restaurants, bars and public transport. The staff were very friendly and provided a great service.

The location of the hotel is amazing. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, while small, they are very well designed. Over all I loved our stay.
